Seat Overhaul
A one stop shop for seat survey, overhaul and programme management. We are able to sub-contract maintenance for OEMs on seats both on wing and at base.
UKAS Burn Testing Laboratory No. 4010
Our ‘Burn House’ gives us flammability testing for both new manufacture and maintenance for quality assurance. Additionally, customers can use the facility during NPI phases for testing new material laminations.
Dry Cleaning & Kitting
Our industrial dry-cleaning capability has serviced many airlines over the year as well as leading rail companies.
Led by customer requirement, we have a tiered offering ranging from basic perchloroethylene cleaning to full wash load batch traceability by aircraft shipset with pre-inspection, burn test, kitting and final inspection with Form 1 release in 48 hours.
Customer furnishings stock management & maintenance system
In partnership with British Airways, Airbase UK Interiors has managed the full BA cabin soft furnishings part portfolio for 7 years.
In a complex landscape of interiors lifecycle management, we manage stock holdings for over 200-part numbers ready to service a dynamic aircraft maintenance schedule with freshly laundered and new manufacture stock to supplement the system.
